This release includes the following components, in the indicated folders:

\Program Files\DVBPortal\HDTVPump

    HDTVPump.ax	        - the DirectShow filter
    HDTVDump.ax         - filter for exporting transport streams
    HDTVPumpPlugin.dll  - plug-in for Windows Media(R) Player 10
    msvcr71.dll         - runtime dll needed when .net is not installed
    readme.txt		- the file you are just reading

Installation: 

Install by running the hdtvpump-setup-1.0.7.exe setup program.

The filter registers for transport stream files with the extension .ts and .tp.
This can be changed in the filter's property page.

All included binary files made by DVBPortal are digitally signed. You should verify
the signature before installing them, for your own protection against forgery.

Usage:

The filter enables to play ATSC/DVB .ts files in any player application, that 
supports DirectShow filters, including Zoom Player, Microsoft Media Center and
Microsoft Media Player 10.

Notes:

Known issues:

- Seeking is not supported in MCE 2005
- TS files without PAT and PMT don't play
- Program switching in streams with multiple programs and full muxes does 
  not work as expected
- ATSC TVCT parsing missing (uncritical, station names are missing)

- Pentium III 700 or better
- HDTV capable MPEG codec
- Windows 2000 SP2 / Windows XP
- DirectX 9
